Nursing

We provide a full range of medical services of traditional home health for treatments such as wound care, foley care, diabetic care, teaching of medication effects/side effects and other skilled interventions

 

Physical Therapy

Our therapists work to help patients regain physical function and improve range of motion. They will assist and/or train patients with gait training, use of walkers, wheelchairs and other adaptive devices along with pain management.

 

Occupational Therapy

Our therapists help patients learn to better perform activities of daily living such as eating, grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting to promote independence.

 

Speech Therapy

Our therapists provide an effective speech program assisting patients in learning to better use and comprehend language.

 

Social Worker

Our social workers assist patients in solving problems that may arise through illness, including social, financial, and transportation problems.  They are familiar with a vast number of community resources to aid persons in need.

 

Home Health Aide

Our Home Health Aides assist our patients with daily living and personal care. Some examples are assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing.
